Challenge:
A European retailer that was only used to buy from vendors in Europe but never from the Far East. They were concerned about how to source the right vendors and how to secure the quality and handle the logistics.
Solution:

Challenge:
A Danish home decor brand wanted to develop a new product line focusing on sustainability but lacked the right suppliers.
Solution:
We assessed more than 20 potential suppliers and found 3 perfect matches. Then we managed the entire product development process.
Results:
Successful launch of an award-winning sustainable product line that increased the company’s revenue by 15%.

Optimize the Supply Chain and takeover the handling from another sourcing office
Challenge:
A European based consumer electronics importer and distributor was not satisfied with the service provided by their existing sourcing office in Asia. The company was not confident they got the prices needed to be competitive.
Solution:
Established a business relationship with Repco and gave us some tests orders to compare service and prices achieved from vendors.
Results:
After a 6 months test period it was clear that Repco was the best option, and the customer achieved savings of around 28% in average. Repco could also offer additional logistical services like consolidating from many suppliers into containers to save freight costs.
